The unsatable thirst for money of BCCI is killing test cricket.Few spectators will be coming to ground and fewer will see on TV.This will permit more and more IPL,s and more auctions and money. The game is suffering.Sachin has become unfit due to greed.God too can not help the game.

It seems you guys never plyed cricket. How can you so easily make such disrespectful remarks about Sachin,Saurav, Dravid? They have made very important and significant contributions Indian Cricket.
Why has not occurred to the organisers that pitches such as the one in Chennai can drive test cricket to limbo? Or is it a pre-meditated move to kill test cricket and shift attention to the T-20 format? If that is so, say it and consign test cricket to history. Chennai pitch was once a bowler-friendly one and results were witnessed. Not any longer now. Added to this farce is the horrendous weather in which the players are asked to play. What are you organisers upto? And the worst part of it all is the inability of most of us to watch the match as telecast is not done. Even radio commentary is not heard and one is compelled to sit before a computer screen and watch the scoreline! Is it that the money that is pouring into the coffers of BCCI blinding them so much that they are not able to see anything. And now the teams proceed to Ahmedabad where the temperature will be hovering around 45 degrees centigrade. The pitch too will not help the bowlers one bit. Another boring draw is what one can expect. I wonder if Amarnath was not wrong after all in calling the cricket Board a bunch of jokers.
To all test cricket lovers say a small prayer and may that test cricket's soul rest's in peace when chepauk produces a flat pitch like then we know that BCCI simply does not care about test cricket they arrange for 2 TEST Series and 7 ODI against england they put Chepauk pitch to sleep and want all of us to Watch IPL now there is no doubt where the priorities lie for lalit modi and co

I request the BCCI to bribe some SA players to sledge against the Indians. The Indian media will pick it up and make it a issue of National Pride. They will play patriotic songs from Bollywood films showing the Indian cricketers in the foreground. There will be discussions and street interviews with the public. Only then our players will start performing. Unless this is done it is going to be a boring series.

after seeing the way the batsmen have been on top throughout the test, it made for a very boring watch. such flat pitches will be dealing the death knell to test cricket as we know it with the coming of age of icl and ipl. bcci should see that sporting wickets should be prepared if india even harbour a vision of world domination. the pacers should be given a chance to challenge the batsmen now that india have a handfull of them. step out in confidence bcci! and look for the long term even if india suffer a reverse after playing on a sporting track. the fans in india are a fickle lot, so go ahead inspite of them!!!!!!
