yes. he is a south african played for england and now settled in australia.
Support ICL. It is joined by players who have good intentions for cricketers. Who wan to do go good? The IPL has made the players look like a joke. The auction of players. This is an insult to players. Are the players up for sales? ICL didnt go down to such a level. They made some contracts with players. Thats the normal way. The guy who is asking the questions to Tony Grieg is either a fool or trying to show Tony as a fool to join ICL. But Tony answered the questions in a best dignified manner and the made interviewer look as a fool.

think before what ur saying. there r some of the best ranji players in the league. Also the international players. I will tell few of the internationals names involved in ICL as players Cairns, Atapattu, Astle, McMillan, Klussner, Inzamam, Lara, Gillespie, Kasprowicz etc. U think these r flop international names. Do u know anything about cricket Bharat? Or u just know to talk bullshit? Those supporting ICL are Kapil DEV, Kiran More, Tony Grieg, Moin Khan. Cricketing greats who have excelled for their countries. The Ranji players involved are Hemang Badani, Rohan Gavaskar,S Sriram who have done superbly for their states. Think before what u say.
Its true that Mr. Pawar and Mr. Modi are just enjoying the fruits of Mr. Dalmiya's efforts. BCCI is one of the richest boards in the world because of Mr. Dalmiya's sharp business ideas.
IPL JUST PLAYS WITH KNOWN DEVILS.... BUT ICL WILL BE UNKNOWN ANGELS AND IPL WILL DRAW SUCCESSFUL ICL PLAYERS WHERE AS ICL DONT NEED TO GET ANYTHING FROM IPL. IT ALL WILL BE POSITIV CONTRIBUTION FROM ICL
Tony is a great man. You could easily make out from his commentary and he is serious about cricket, since his playing times. His interview has brought out some clear picture. ICL & IPL may be business games of two different poles. But I think ICL is doing it wonderfully to atleast support the players who have some zeal and fire and providing them a platform to perform. It may not hold true for outside players. But they are also enjoying to play in India. It is very beneficial for Indian talents to share a dressing room with such great veterans of world cricket and learn. Maybe one day both the poles unite and reap rich benefits for this upcoming Indian talent(s).
I have seen couple of matches of ICL on Zee and it was fantastic to see macmillan of NZ'Land putting 4-5 sixes and 10-12 fours.
I think the ICL format is awesome and better then BCCI led IPL which is nothing but a bunch of jockers.
It is shameful that BCCI is not interested in promoting cricket but alabout taking care of commercial interest of Arun Jaitely/rajiv Shukla/Sharda Pawar
