Ban Mike Proctor for Racism
by on Jan 19, 2008 03:03 PM  | Hide replies

When Proctor can Ban Rashid Latif for fine one day matches . (the match referee while handing out his sentence said: "As captain a lot of responsibility falls of Rashid Latif and he committed a serious offence by claiming that (unfair) catch which constitutes unfair play and a level-three offence of ICC [Images] code of conduct (offensive and penalties). Therefore, the Pakistani captain shall be banned for five one-day internationals.")
Why he did not take a similar action on Ricky Ponting?????
Isn't it Racism / aparthedism

He should be charged by ICC for Racism and banned for Five matches from being a match Refree......

Winners who are bunch of losers (Australian Cricket Team)
by Nikhil Prashar on Jan 18, 2008 09:59 PM

We all have seen in sydney test the low self-esteem of the australians. when harbhajan singh wasnt getting out, symonds came to him with some comments and tried to distract him. also, if you have read the statistics, that event reduced the scoring rate of india. instead of charging symmonds for the initiation of that argument, the ICC decided to charge harbhajan for his comments. symmonds was the one who started the entire argument. They charged him of some racist remarks. but ICC acts of punishing harbhajan was itself a racists act. An act against the brown community. Moreover, umpires must have done some errors that are STILL acceptable. But if australians had been good sportsmen, they should have disagreed with the umpires. Like symmonds said that he was out on 33. If he knew that he should have walked out. If this had happened with Indians players, their would have been a great uproar. ICC would have charged Indian batsmen for dishonesty or something. This entire system is racist. Indians should boycott to play with australia. pointing appealed for the wrong catch. Why wasnt he charged for excessive appealing? Why wasnt he charged for almost getting into an argument with the umpire on the catch. Anyways, whatever the case is I have one thing to say....AUSTRALIANS MIGHT BE GREAT PLAYERS. BUT THEY ARE PATHETIC SPORTSMEN. SHAME ON YOU AUSSIES...

HYPOCRACY THY NAME IS
by soumil shrikant chitnis on Jan 18, 2008 07:02 PM

Undoubtedly Australians are the biggest cheats in the game of cricket and no team in the world can challenge thier supremacy atleast in this aspect.

It is quite amusing that when Australians sledge they term it as "we play tough cricket" and when for a change they are at the receiving end they throw accusations like "racial abuse" and what not. No wonder they are biggest hypocrites moving around on the cricket field today.
The fact is that they still have not been able to digest their in T-20 at the hands of India. Similary it was India who halted their winning streak of 16 matches in 2003 and this time around too it is most likely going to be India and some where deep in their hearts they are aware of this.
It is time that Hypocryte Australians get used to losing..

The Aussies are really the Rowdies, pickpockets and all the other forms of social outcasts of the British, who were deported to Australlia which was one of the colonies of British few hundred years back. We can't expect civilized behaviour from these goons.

Why Ponting should be banned
by nagesh kini on Jan 18, 2008 12:58 AM

dear kerry???i know you are not an aussie and you are just trying to pull the legs of people in this discussion board. If you were really an aussie and your claims of being a cricket scientist was true you would be ashamed of your team and would contemplate commiting suicide instead of wasting your time here. The whole world knows what 'convicts' are capable of and ponting is justifying this by his deeds.
