Though i understand that they are scared for their lives and they don't want risk but these were the 2 guys who were going Ga-Ga over IPL.They were desperate to do anything to join IPL.They were saying this on behalf of england players. Now what happened. This isn't the first terror attack on India or Mumbai. Many bomb blast had happened earlier also.If they have guts they will come here not only for IPL but also for test series.Even aussies played in india even though many blast took place during their tour.I guess they are more scared becoz attack took place on the hotels where they were going to stay.

WC 2011
by Basker Mathrubootham on Dec 03, 2008 03:06 AM

Why is Pakistan jointly hosting the WC2011? It has been established emphatically that they supply the highest number of terrorists to India. India has the financial muscle and wherewithal to host the entire world cup on its soil. Possibly, Sri Lanka can co-host it.
Bangladesh has hosted ULFA and HuJI. Both these countries will happily celebrate a dismembered India.
Do we need co-hosts after all? It is suggested that the semi finals be played in Mumbai and Mohali (Or Colombo) with finals at the majestic Eden Gardens (This is definitely the best ground in India).
We can play most of the matches in India. This is worth a thought.

Where is Dinesh Mongia? He is considered useless even by ICL. Mohammad Kaif can also feature in this list. He is the ICC - Most Consistently Inconsistent Player

Ajit Agarkar helped us to win a test match in Australia in 2003. (He took 6 wickets)
Deep Dasgupta helped to save a mtach in South Africa.
Ramesh too had played a few useful innings.

To me the rankings should be
1. Sujit Somasunder
2. Vikram Rathour
3. Aviskar Salvi
4. Thiru Kumaran
5. S.Sriram

Hats off to England!!!
by Wonder Fool on Dec 02, 2008 05:52 PM

Its a brave decision from ECB. I congratulate them for this. These bloody terrorists from Pakistan cannot spoil our image. Pak would have been happy if England had refused to play in India as all International teams do for Pakistan. Pakis you keep watching - All International teams will tour India. T-20 Champions Trophy will happen In January. IPL will hapeen in April - May. We will host the 2011 World Cup. May be due to the reluctance of touring teams for playing in Pakistan, all Pakistan matches will have to be scheduled in India. But thats not a problem . We have plenty of world class stadiums here. Jai Hind.
