Chennai, was offered as an alternate host for the first Test because it is seen as a city with the least threat perception from a security point of view, which will help ease the immediate fears expressed by some of the England players on touring India. But what about weather? Nobody cares about weather. It's flooded now due to the recent cyclone. I don't think there is a playing day in Chennai. Start with Kochin and Finish with Chennai if England play fearless and start immediately after finish the series for Xmas. Sorry for Other than south India as of now. These two cities never attacked by Terrorist's as of now and looks better than Mohali.
I think iam putting a sensitive thing here.. but as an indian and especailly after what happened i must write this England must be careful.. they must make sure the hotels they stay, they doen't allow any other guests.. Who know there can be wrong guys with fake IDs .. BCCI is rich enough to do this and also situation demands.. Pls pass this on to police if possible.. All security personnel must make sure on this..Not just crickerts its for all of us ..we all must be very very cautious, any lapse could cost us..everyone blaming politicians and etc.But its everyone Pls remember there are still wrong guys out there..

Welcome England to eat our kolhapuri mirchi! Chennai is raining so the test will not happen. Asusual BCCI does not have brains, they schedule, matches in chennai when it rains. Secondly u guys need more security on mohali test. what a way to tell cricketing world that u had successfully completed the test series.....
