They won the series so they experimented . Thats good but the way they experimented that is totally fool.
I think this series came to india's kit but if u comparmise bet. both side than srilanka won the series.
First and last match totally dominated by srilanka.nd and 3rd match india won by his good luck. Only the 4th match india won confidentally but unfurtunately there also umpires decission favoured india.
The team was in a hurry to finish the game; casual attitude was shown in their pre match approach, their game and in their dress for the prize distribution.

And why do Aussies still rever Bradman and celebrate his success?? That waas pre-war, right??
And 83 victory was celebrated cos it was athe Silver jubilee year...much the same way that Bradman's invincibles celebrated their golden Jubilee in 1996....

They revere him...Because he is irreplaceable and truly great..but they are not obsessed with solitary achievements like us.they continue with time..and performances consistent...not like the unpredicatble Indians..Dhoni wanted a 4-1 victory...right?....our teams have always been full of enigmatic players...

Mr. Swashbuckler, everybody should celebrate 83 cup victory cos it was against a powerful team (which can't be compared to any of the teams then or now)and wining agaist such a team means a lot...
KP, Ian Bell, a rejuvenated Prior who has regained his composure and confidence, Luke Wright, Collingwood and the super duper bowling attack of Broad, Anderson, Harmison and Flintoff....if we don't pull up our socks, we might get thrashed in the very very important 7 match ODI series in December...
The point i'am trying to make is that Flintoff, Sidebottom and Harmison have tons and tons of experience and may outwit and outhink our young guns......better get in some experience and better fall back on Sachin, Viru, Ganguly and maybe even Dravid.....
As fas as i'am concerned, that is the most important bilateral series we will be playing for a long time.....lots of old scores to be settled!!

AT last atleast some one knows that how tough is England well 1 flintoff is enough to go past Shewag Yuvi and Dhoni remaning will be handeled by Harmisson and Sidebottom Samit patel and Panesar

Don't worry Bhasmasur, there is no Mendis in England team...and all those batsmen which failed in SL series is going to improve thei r records against England in India....Just imagine the plight of England and pray for England...
