they are not laid back, they are money minded, that's why they play all IPL matches but become "Thakela" when it comes to test matches.

India in Olympics-50th position in 204 countries
India cicket rank-4 in 12 countries (ICC record)

India at Olympics better than cicket ...so cheer!
Great! This shows that India can never excel in any sports. We are spiritual, not sportive. We are the most peaceful people on the planet with less crime rates(not corruption) and violence than other countries.Hence we have lesser aggression and fighting spirit which is very much needed in competitive sports.Of course,we have lots of sportsman spirit letting others win,ha,ha,ha!

by crickethits.com on Aug 30, 2008 11:47 AM  | Hide replies

When Dhoni was declared "MOS", the crowd in colombo booed him!!! whereas all other award winners were applauded big time..it had happened in Australia also.. is he becoming the next Ravi Shastri of Indian Cricket who had become so unpopular that even Mumbai crowed jeered him...

Its ok to be hated by other countries if our players can win matches. Do Aussie players care whether they are hated or loved in India? Both Hayden and Symmonds earned millions - thanks to IPL but have they ever said a word of thanks to Indian public?

in odi sachin sachin and only sachin. Nobody even comes close to him. In tests
1. lara
2. dravid
3. sachin
4. ponting
Ponting has not yet got a 100 in the sub-continent. Until he has a good series here no body will put him ahead of schin, lara and dravid
