You can see the result of test series where captain was Kumble. Give same team to Dhoni and see the result. Remember last test against SA in India we won in Dhoni's captaincy but with the same team we lost the previous test in Kumble's captaincy. When team lost everybody criticized captain then when India win credit should be given to captain.

Mr.Anurag Rathore Ur wrong in Ur assesment bcoz credit should given to the entire Team especially to Match winner's rather than the captain wheenever Indian Team wins, MS Dhoni was a non-performing captain in T20 world cup.......

we lost 7 wikcets in last 9 overs, and made only 34 runs!! and everybody is licking Dhoni's boots just because the end result was in India's favor. Just wait till we play a good team. ALl this Dhoni- Dhoni will becaome " Mauni" ( mute).

because they both are "sifarishi" in the team.. and Dhoni likes to have bootlickers around him, not someone like Dada who can overshadow him.

Every captain has confidence in some players. If India will perform bad captain will be responsible but if India perform good also captain will be responsible.

Dhoni can afford to keep some 'passengers', because he has been winning. What do they do? Silva scores poorly. His replacement Warnapura scores a 17-ball duck.

performance wise srilanka performed very very well its sheer badluck and mistakes of umpires costed them dearly. had india received those decission big hue and cry would have made and demand for changing of umpires reversal of results bla......

It is true that Sanga, Jaya and Mahela scored above 100 in each of the matches. The scorer has cheated.

Blunderer umpire never points out 'throwing' by your people. Pity you Srilankan.
Zaheer is the champion. Even Sanath Jayasuriya cudn't score of him. Actually he was the hero.Had Zaheer went for some runs the picture wud have been different. Also his consistancy! Every new bowlers shud learn from him, especially Ishant Sharma who is the next best bowling prospect of India. Praveen Kumar is bowling well but dont have the pace enough to trouble the batsmen. If the pitch does something he may be gud. He shud be in the team only if he shows some talent with the bat which he is actually capable of. Munaf is bowling well. But it seems he also have to improve his pace a litl bit.Atleast he shud be at par with Zaheer. Mind u at one time India looked at him as a bowler who cud match Brett Lee and Shoaib Akthar with his speed. His speed now is below par. When Ishant comes back I think after a long time India will have a decent bowling attack.

We have some good fast bowlers. Like Munaf, Ishant, Srisanth, VRV Singh, Pankaj Singh, RP Singh, Zaheer, Goni etc.

when we start winning, everyone seems to be good. same bolwers were criticised left and right during test and in previous series they played
Every team loose match when they not perform well. India lost Asia cup final because our batsman didn't perform well. We lost test series because our batsman didn't perform well. Mahela is lucky that we played bad in test series otherwise it could be clean sweep.

Couple of victory doesnot determine the capacity of a captain. Jawardhane is at anytime better than dhoni as a captain. He has cunning won some of the games from his opponents.

Thats not true always. Jayawardhane is master mind and far far better than dhoni when captaining is considered, still SL lost the ODI series

We are not better in fielding because the main hidden reason behind loosing test series was fielding than bowl or bat.
Our fielder dropped at least 5-6 catches in every test.
Change the fielding coach can make our fielding better.
