Nice thought......

Nice thought Gambhir. Better show it through your records, then to speak it out to our foolish media !!! The more you share your thoughts with media, the more you are going away from your cricket. Look at Sachin Tendulkar, learn these things from him !

These people from Delhi,Punjab,Mumbai and Kolkata have a free ticket.
They can play poorly throughout the rest of their lives and can still find a place in the team.
If a South Indian player plays poorly for a few matches,he will immediately thrown out.
The team and its politics stinks,in fact this whole country stinks.
I hope India loses all matches against Pak and later on in Australia.
We'll see how these cowardly losers Sachin and Ganguly play in Aus against Brett Lee without Dravid.

Ramesh, why being so negative man. S Sreesanth, Kumble, Dravid, Srinath, there are so many names from south which not even north indians but every Indian is proud of. You forgot that Ganguly was also rested so what happened if Dravid is rested for two matches. The idea is to win the games & be Indian. If you don't like India or Indians : you yourself being an Indian by name, by birth, by origin then its not the problems with the selectors. Bhajji, Yuvraj, Sehwag, Mongia ... there are many names which have not been consistant & been literally thrown out of indian cricket. Its the form which matters. Dravid has a average of 10 from the past 10 matches, don't you find something wrong in it. Man look at the stats & then talk against India or Indian selectors.

When he was most needed as leader for tour down-under,he uncharacteristically ditched India by putting papers.Selection committe is pissed with that. So they throwed him out.All other reasons are absurd...

A)Deepika in the stadium is inspiring the boys to perform at their best.

2)Are you looking forward to winning back your place in the Test side?

A) if vengsarkar can help in retiring the Big Three i have a good chance

Beware of mistakes, Rediff!!!!!

It's good to hear something positive for Gautam Gambhir as he has been another unsung hero like Rahul Dravid.

But beware rediff, you are mistaken in saying "he continued his good form in the subsequent one-day series against the Aussies"

He was an utter failure in the 50 over format before he bounced back with a defiant 50 in T20 with Australia. ------india unwire . com

Pls. do not make comparisons of Gambhir with Dravid as Dravid is the wall(though there are cracks now)and Gambhir is only a brick (which is still in the foundation stage for more than a couple of years, and u never know when the NDMC - Shoeb Akhtar,Asif etc. will demolish it).

you are right alok! Team India is full of over-rated and over-hyped players which can just bark after 1 good performance and rest we all know!
