aarey monkey ko monkey nahi kahenge to kya gadha ka potty kahange? ek kaam karo, tum ponting se permission lo ki kya me tumhara duddu piu? aagar ha to duddu pi ke uske muh par thuk do aur toilet me bacche ki tarah rona chalu karo. me tumhe eek idea deta hu,jab tum khelte ho to huggies ya wispper pahen kar khelo.
Mr. Andrew Symonds, You should feel shame on yourself while saying that you guys are humble when you win any match... When sreesanth's ball is hit for a boundary he stares at the batsman, But when an Indian batsman plays some good defensive shot, u come all the way from the cover/extra cover position to not only stare but say some words...
Now you tell who is uncivilised...??? The whole world will vote for you to win the most uncivilised player's position. And you are blaming the fans.. You should say sorry to all the Indian Fans. I was amongst the crowd and I could listen they were shouting "Ganpatti Bappa Moreya"
Symonds aptly deserves the taunts & catcalls he has received from the Indian spectators. He should have better sense in not painting his face & lips throughout the tour. The Indian weather at this time of the year is rather mild as it's not summer now. Symonds just tried to mock Indians with his "face paint" as a type of body language & so he only got back what he deserved ! Next time around here he will try his best to look "civilised" as isn't cricket supposed to be a gentleman's game ! And by the way Mr.Symonds are you half Aboriginal ? If so then can't blame you, as it is in your genes.

You are the best joker i have ever come acrossed in this forum for a long time i can remember. Grow up dude. Try to understand why players use "face paint" - as u call...
Racism is when someone is differentiated or demeaned on the basis of their race or colour. Example: When Indians were not allowed in places where the British frequented during the days of the Raj OR when a white man calls an Afro-caribbean man 'Black'.
I fail to understand as to how in the Symmonds' case the issue of racism even came up.
1. Monkey is an animal and NOT a race at all.
2. The skin colour of the average Indian is not significantly different from that of Symmonds.
There is no basis of racism here at all!! If this is racism then people who called Pataudi tiger are racists for calling a man tiger!!
The whole issue doesn't make any sense to me at all. It just sounds like a bit of Monkey business (oops! I'm being racist!!)
I still condemn making fun of someone's appearance.

Mr Ghosh - The monkey reference is considered racist in many parts of the world as it is used to demean people of african origin by saying they resemble apes and monkeys. Indian fans, most of whom haven't left India or read extensively, are unlikely to know better but they can learn and be sensitive when someone says being referred to as a monkey is racist. Making excuses or making light of this matter is not good at all.

Dear Baskar, I entirely agree with you. It may be what Symmonds thought but I was hoping Australians are intelligent enough to know the level of knowledge and the intent of the average Indian fan. I still think the issue has been blown out of proportion. Indian fans even make fun of the Indian cricketers like Powar but no where I feel they do it with a racist intent. And I still DO condemn the act of making fun of someone's looks.
He was the one who started firing salvos as they were coming into the country, calling India "Ant bed" and calling the T20 celebrations weird, where was the need to start of with such unnecessary bravado and then start wimpering about the repurcussions. Any crowd is a mob, once you incite it, you have to pay for it. Dont the Australian crowd boo and ill treat Muthiah Muralidharan, that is racial.
This is a silly strategy by the ICC and Australians to sideline the issue, they are the most racial and now playing "Pot calling the Kettle black". Just playing power game is not enough, you need to be good sport. Learn to lose well.
Just at the sign of some aggression, which has been their forte, they whimper and whine.
I used to respect Australia under Steve Waugh, now I detest them.
arrey monkey ko monkey nahin kahenge to kya donkey kahenge though that option doesnt look bad either, anyway match khallas baat khallas coz no matter how nice u r to these Aussies they kick u in the butt at their home ground so beta Symonds jo mila hai woh bohat kam hai ab jao aur ab ponting ka duddu peekar so jao

These folks are the problem. Obviously uneducated and uninformed. Dont cry foul when Indian cricketers are subjected to abuse by Australian fans this winter. They are no different than you.
