Sudhir, I do not think Dhoni meant to point fingure at Dravid. Look yourself a record of Gambhir in ODIs, When others were playing better and he was failing what else you expect. Again, don't count and quote every little thing Dhoni says, he still has a way to go as far as Captaincy is concern. He is still in "I" world. He needs to change that to "We" as he is a captain now..

Sanjeev and Surag, true, I agree.Gambhir has to click, but he has not got more than 2 game at a trot, he needs 5-6 games.
I think Gambhir is better than Uthappa, who is technically deficient against swing, fast and short ball, and balls coing in from the outside off.

Uthappa is the worst player I have seen in my entire life. I dont knw why he is still there in the team. He was Clearly out Leg before, lucky that he was not given out. Rohit Sharma is better than Uthappa Gambhir. Time to try Praveen Kumar and Rohit Sharma

I am not worried. It was in response to one gentleman named "Om Shanti Om": he says that Dravid should be dropped from Australian series. My point is that Dravid can be rested for the whole Pakistan series since Pakistan team is the weakest to tour India. You can try all the combination against the, However, Dravid must be in the team when we visit Australia.
the whole cricketing world including leading coaches and players like waugh, ponting, Bell, McGrath,Warne, Pieterson, vaughan,lara, wesley Hall................ dravid is more accomplished than the selfish dwarf tendulkar..

From where did you get these information? Waugh, Ponting, Warne, McGrath Lara Inzamam, everyone ranks Tendulkar as no 1 batsman.. McGrath sometimes ranked Lara as no test Batsman and Sachin as 1 Oneday batsman. Dravid is a good test batsman, but nowhere compared to Sachin in Oneday. Forget Sachin he is far far behind Sourav and Azhar...

Both are good players but why Ganguly among the BIG 3 in tests.. the BIG 3 are Dravid,Sachin and VVS laxman.. Dravid and Sachin are technically Good players.. what Ganguly wil do in bouncy pitches..Ganguly is not having the technique of playing the short deliveries and the bouncers.wil dance like his wife...
