Dravid who can decently pull on slow Indian wickets where the ball is a few inches around waist - at the fag end thought - I NEED TO HOOK now to be successful and be an example. Incident is sad, but thank God it was in practice and it was RP Singh. If he tried this heroics on Australian pitches with Brett Lee?? He is intelligent enough, this incident will make him resolve not to try that shot ever. The worst is that the other players can go evenly paranoid and refrain from this essential shot. Remember Srikanth stopping any hooks after Akram put stitches. All other players were also ducking in that match to protect their faces :-)

do you really believe that chappell was the reason why the aussies won instead of india?
how can you even compare our team to aussies?they are the most dominant team in the world of sports (forget cricket).
BTW., i am huge chappell baiter and i am happy to see him go., but this logic is just not good enough
