With reference to Sachins Statement , it seems the seniors in the team are well aware that this would be their last tour to Australia & want to make it big & if they are able to do so , we would have an exciting Test Series round the corner...DON FORGET CHECKING RECORDS IN THE RECENT PAST INDIA IS ON THE ONLY TEAM WHO HAS DRAWN A SERIES 1-1 during their last tour to Australia & COMPARED TO THE OTHER TEAMS could now be ranked as the best team in test cricket who could face Australia in Australia & give them a run for their money on their home turf....ALL THE BEST TO OUR GUYS....

Well ..the average against PAK jumped from 30 to 40 odd after a good performance against an attack which is on par with the Mumbai ranji attack.:-).But he has two good qualities which most of others lack ..one is his fighting spirit and seems to have a good determination too

The avg against Aus/WI/SA can't be stated as bad/poor.....If u undestand cricket then u should know gangu cannot be compared to karthik/etc...when gangu made his debut at Aus when he was 19, he was made to play only 1 game and then removed??? did u go nd ask the selectors then also!!!! If u are degrading gangu's performance against Pak then let me tell u that Indian win against Pak is also degraded......

Lax is sure of a Test place but though I admire Laxman's batting, he is too slow for ODIs. The same goes for Gangu and Dravid as well.
Tendulkar is ok as of now but should be shown the door in a year max.

Agreed ..If time for BCCI to chalk out the retirement plans for the Seniors.Ppl seems to compare the ages of Aus players ..but they conveniently forget to comapre their fitness levels.We have a group of young players shaping up well ..its time to start accomodating them one after the other in a year or two
