Vivek Razdan and Suresh Raina are Kashmiri's who have already played for India. Unfortunately, like it does to politicians and general media, sports journalists also seem to have pseudo-secular colours in their eyes.

It is not correct to say that Mr. Nabi is the first Kashmiri who might play for India.Suresh Raina is a Kashmiri Pandit who migrated from Kashmir due to militancy .Since his parents setteled in Ghaziabad,UP,he is playing for UP and now India.So pl correct yourself by putting a correction on the web.
Well i want to bring in kind notice of the writer of this article that he won't be the first kashmiri to play for India. There are kashmiri's who has represented India in international arena. The first one i can remember is Razdan fast bowler who represented India. And presently Suresh Raina is doing duties for India, he is also an kashmiri. I request you to first study the matter and then write an article.
Yes, India need somebody like Nabi, who can consistenly bowl over 140 kph. Sreeshant, Irfan, Nabi and vRV Singh make a deadly combination with yoush chawla taking the responsibility of spin department. We have a second line of fast bowlers in Munaf, RP Singh, Munaf Ansari and S, Paul. It is time India should go with four fast bowlers in their squad. This is essential if we have to take 20 wickets in a test match and record more and more wins.
Obviously, there is no dearth of fast bowlers now. ONly the selectors have to keep their eyes wide open. Options are many
