Darrel Hair is a racist. He always creats problems for non-whites.ICC is impotent or highjacked by England, Australia NZ. otherwise what is the reason that such a controversial miscreant is not thrown awy from umpires panel.

WHO IS AT FAULT
by Rajan Chhibber on Aug 21, 2006 11:31 AM

Inzamam and his team is at fault by not coming out in the spirit of the game.Whatevr the cause match referee report should be waited before pakistan management took decision to forefeit the match.

Pakistan should be punished with lowering there ICC RANKING POINT,FOR THERE DECISION TO RUIN THE GAMAE.

apartheid is not over
by bhartrihari misra on Aug 21, 2006 11:05 AM

No woder. The colored people still exist and that has been reinforced by this action of Darryl Hair and Mike Proctor. Who are these guys,
1> Darryl Hare : Known For His hatred against the subcontinent. Actually these white people can not tolerate that the 3 teams of the sub continent are amongst the 5 best teams in the world.
2> Mike Proctor : Same fellow who convicted Tendulkar.
HA HA HA
Pakistan is defenitely not a supportive neighbour of India but at this moment I totally stand by Pakistani Side.
One suggestion : The teams of Subcontinent should Bycott the teams of white and do not show the past trend of slavery of whites.
One more thing : What is australia : A continent formed by deported english prisoners. They have done things according to there character
Regards

pakistanis are a dishonest lot
by rk on Aug 21, 2006 10:53 AM

See how low can pakistanis stoop to win. They had similar attitude while playing with India in 80's, till late 90's. They got what they deserved.

Pak forfeit match
by Archie on Aug 21, 2006 10:37 AM

Whether the Pakistanis cheated or not is not clear, but surely Shahryar Khan was surely trying to take the viewers for a spin in his T.V.interview with Mike Holding. Someone should have told him that there were 26 cameras focussed on the Pak dressing room and they were in no mood to come back.He can't blame the umpires for going by the book under the circumstances. If this what the PCB chief does what can you expect from the boys.

Pakistan and ball tampering
by rajesh on Aug 21, 2006 10:36 AM

I would like to know:
1. Who complained of ball tampering?
2. Who verified the ball tampering accusation?
3. In case it is confirmed later that there was no ball tampering or that none of Pakistan players were involved in it, what happens to their stand of protesting when they were right?
4. How do you prevent a repeat of such incidences?

Pak forteit the 4th test
by Manish Singh on Aug 21, 2006 10:33 AM

Pakistan has all rights to register the protest,as i do think ego of Mr Hair was more responsible for such things ,he simply cants digest the thing that players from subcontinent have developed the skills which others countries are learnig till they learn this they will fix you for ball tampering ,chucking ,etc
Why he has not reported to captain inzi ,when he saw something fishy about ball, and being technolgy at its best none of the camera saw any paki player doing wrong with ball, I doubt how he is going to justify his action .

Country of cheaters and terrorists
by Rachit on Aug 21, 2006 10:30 AM

Pakistan is a country of cheaters and terrorists.... for a country that fails to acknowledge bodies of its own fallen soldiers, tampering of the cricket ball and rules is a very small affair.
After all Waqar, Wasim & Co. are known ball tamperers....

If ball tampering is proven, Pakistan should be banned from International cricket for 3 months as a warning and on repeated offence should be banned for 1 year

Unparallel Khan Statement & Kamran Action
by Rahul Sen on Aug 21, 2006 10:21 AM

Mr. Shahryyar Khan speaks of Pakistan planning to take field after a protest for a few minutes. This goes totally against the fact that Pak Wicket keeper was caught by camera posing to read news paper in front of the Pak Dressing room. That was quite a few minutes after the umpires have taken the field post tea interval. If the Pakistani intention was only to protest for a few minutes (as stated by Mr. Khan), it goes against the action of their wicket keeper. So has Mr Khan manipulated his standing and statements after the situation has worsened much more than anyone expected. And anyhow, its not the proper way to protest where thousands of people are putting their time to view the match. Such a reaction may come out of instinct by an individual but not from a International Cricket team captain or from a Cricket Board Head or from an Entire Cricketing nation who are considered to be responsible entities by the cricketing world. After all this, the world is pretty eager to know the actual course of action in the entire episode
