It was obvious that Ganguly deserved a place in the Indian side not now, but months ago........it was unfortunate that he had to wait so long. When one is not using his best armour it tends to get rusty, and best example is Ganguly. If only feilding is the criteria for selection and not experience, why not Indian Cricket management taking in 11 gymnast and noone else.........and for the same reason, Sehwag, Kumble, Zahir or Laxman shouldn't be named, as well as Sachin who even declared fit cant throw the ball from long distance, as per Chappel the Great.............when fingers are not being pointed to them when is it been done to Ganguly. And according to Srinath if it is a political move, then just one question, how does he know this, is he so much familiar to get into Indin team like this in past?????
how long will this controversy go on? whether to include or not to include, if included why and then some stupid adverse remarks. if not then outroar. I am tired of it!

Please tell me who was the best captain for India so next to Kapil. Ganguly is the only batsman to break Syed Anwar's one day record. If India wants to reach number one in Cricket, India should include Ganguly without any hezitation. I Hope you all are aware of Ganguly's off side game. Try to watch all his old match, then decide.
Ganguly deserves selection for the probable 30s. His name is being dragged too long now a days both for cricketing and non criciketing merits.Having served the country so long as a dashing captain and moulded players like Harbajan, Sewagh and Yuvraj it is better he can be included in the playing eleven and it is for him a have a good knock and announce retirement immedtately without being waiting for others to send him out.Then only the public and critics will stop discussing on this subject
Kapil Dev also excluded from the team, again he was include latter.This was also happened to Mohinder Amarnath. So,it's not happening for the first time in indian cricket. You should respect the greatest player and can't compare ganguly to players like venu,yadav,gambhir,raina...etc.It's always better to include ganguly in world cup team.We should proud to him for his contribution to indian cricket and say good bye atleast after worldcup..
