Its pity that the crowd in Kolkata supports a FAILED PLAYER(Do I need to name him??).....Its time the crowd in Kolkata realised that playing & winning matches rest way above an individual's presence or absence in a team.It was really shameful to see the crowd rejoicing Rahul Dravid's dismissal...Come on guys what does the poor guy has against the FAILED PLAYER.Players like Jaysuriya,Steve Waugh who are far more GREAT than the FAILED PLAYER have also got dropped from their teams but did the crowd react in such a shameful way?Its also time the FAILED PLAYER realised that his playing days are over now & hitting a 150 in a Ranji Trophy match will not help him in any way
The man of the series of srilanka,dhoni, has been clearly wasted in this tournament by our captain and coach,,,atleast ganguly used to back talent...i feel dravid n chappel are more into backing sachin and pathan and guys like raina are not even getting a chance...gambhir is okay..raina more promising...we want zaheer and ganguly as a pinch hitting middle order all rounder back in the team and a batting order like this. 1.Sachin 2.Sourav/Sehwag 3.Dhoni/Pathan/Agarkar 4.Yuvraj/Dhoni 5.Dravid/Kaif/Raina 6.Sehwag/Sourav/Pa than 7.Raina/Pathan/Yadav 8.Zaheer/Harbhajan/Agarkar 9.Harbhajan/Zaheer 10.R.P.Singh 11.Nehra/Kartik/Balaji
Dhoni in no chance should be sent below no.4 and sehwag and sourav due to their hitting abilities of spinner can play both middle order and top order
For a change Bengalis should look forward to their fav. 'son of the soil' for he is beyond his prime and he nomore can perform the way he used to. Bengalis are an emotional lot and can't seem to let Sourav go even at the expense of the country's national team. Look ahead guys!! The world cup is approaching and 'Dada' can no longer sustain for that long.
