India repeats history of 1983 thriller played against Zimbagwe. It was Kapil the killer then.Now it is Laxman the hitter.The country is proud of both of them.
It has been said time and again,that when you are winning,continue with the habit.How can Dada take these risks,HE IS GOING TOO FAR.Nevertheless,Laxman has showed why he is "VVS-VERY VERY SPECIAL".In the lighter vain,Indian management should thank Laxman's parents for engaging him before the tour,he has become more responsible.Now he is not letting his wicket fall cheaply.nd this is the reason India is harvesting some good yields in form of overseas wins constantly. Team India,minus Tendulkar,no one must have thought a months back,but the way our middle order is playing,Tendulkar can sit back and take some well deserved break. Its heartning to see that finally we have a bench strengh which can win us matches. KEEP IT UP TEAM INDIA.
Zimbabwe's performance makes me think, why couldn't they do it earlier? They would certainly been in contention if they played like this from the word go. But at least, it is good to see that they have some form going into the double-header against Australia. All the best Zimbabwe, I hope you at least make the Aussies shiver, like how you made us shiver today. It is good to see you guys developing into a good, fighting unit.
The Indians have done it again, tht too without services of their 4 premier batsmen - Sachin,Sehwag,Kaif & Yuvraj.It wuz really a commendable effort.
But I wud like to assert tht we still need someone in lower middle order apart 4m Yuvraj who can really hit the attack apart & take the game away from the position, Rohan Gavaskar is playin well hope he does the job !!

Not a great win considering Zim came very close to winning. India were lucky with Zim fielding lapses. dravid's attempt for second four inthe over he was dismissed should have been avoided. Bowlers should improve performance.
A captain is only as good as his team. This is simply the best indian team since 1984-85 benson-hedges team under sunil gavaskar.and in a year's time, will be the best in the world.
