i have been a gr8 fan of this great cricketer for a long time..n nuthin has brought a change to it....its jus dat ppl cant admit dat there has not been a greater captain..or never will be...a greater captain than ganguly...!!!lets see how much longer de favouritism towards dravid lasts....!!no man can ever captain india as successfully as ganguly did...dats my personal opinion...hats off to u for ur gr8 entry....-jess
During the indo-pak series, Mr. Bishen Singh Bedi commeneted that"sourav ek aisi macghli hai jo puri talab ko ganda kar raha hai". but i would like to remind people that sourav was that person who immersed the team from the stigma of match-fixing.his current batting form is just a bad patch, from which he will surely overcome.a man who has over 15000 runs in international cricket & has 33 centuries, he does not turn bad overnight.i would like to rate sourav as india"s imran khan.what imran did for pakistan, sourav is doing that for india.in bengali sourav means fragrance, and he is the real fragrance of indian team!some news channels can shout against sourav, but he will stay in the team not only as a player but also as a captain!
hi sourav bhaia, u r a good captain . v always support u r team. v always wish that u win every match and bring glory to our country . v were impressed by your performance in asia cup . v wish u all the best for future. ok waiting for reply . bye!!!!!! tanman
I happened to have the chance of watching Ganguly closely, when he was working hard on his graduate studies in commerce after the 1992 disaster in Australia. Although I was shocked at the ruthlessness of our selectors when he was shown the exit get, now when seen in retrospect, I believe, it has done a world of good to him. Although he could hardly study because of cricketing engagements, he came out very successfully in the final B.Com. (hons.), from St. Xavier's, Kolkata. The initial shock has converted the boy into a man and then into a legend. His achievements are his messages and he is earning the praise of admirers the world over. Let us see how far he can go with another 6/8 years of cricket play left in him and what he does after that. Go, Saurav, go; and make us proud.
hi, Nice to note that people are rallying behind the team as well its captain. lets accept it, saurav might not be a great batsman against fast bowling, but if anybody can lead the team, its dada. But guyz dont go after him and the team if they dont perform well at Australia. Personally, I would be happy if they try and fight harder and give a good competition to the world champs. Any win would be a bonus. all the best india. cheers, Sriram
