If he didn't want to sing its ok (there are billions to sing national song here) ,but walking out in between is a insult to Constitution of India.Weak government living in votes of BSP and SP will not suspend nor take any action on MP for sure

There is no compulsion for people to be rational. But irrational actions based on illogical interpretation of religious texts ought to be condemned by every right thinking person.

Only the first two stanzas are sung as the national song. There is reference to Motherland as Goddess only in the next three stanzas.
Mr Burq's action is not acceptable. He shd understnad that he is an indian first and then anything else.Even Eslaam says that after all mighty anyone who is allowed sajda (respectable bow) is your mother and this is his motherland.
