If this case came up in a US court this juvenile would have got a 1000 years in jail.What a strange country India is. It is always unfair to the honest law abiding citizen and encourages culprits criminals rapist and boot leggers.

You are right In the US, juveniles too are sometimes tried as an adult depending on the type of crime they have committed and punished accordingly. But then, this is India and the judges are not above corruption and below calibre.
in terms sexual physiology in juvenile criminal was no less than others criminals naturally he acted similar with others- why he will let go? - hang him.
I am sick to hear this, I am disturbed to hear this verdict; listen there is more; After three years he will be out and will be a don or more brutal and will do more crimes against good citizen it my words he will be more cruel for society.
Why seeking justice in a fast track court? Even after brutal rape it took us 9 months to establish whether the rapist is adault or not, then it should take 9 years whether they have raped or not. Dear Gaurav at least they are behind anyway.
A Scam of mammoth proportions everyday. A rape case every day Insensitive politicians, careless citizens, Court decisions come very very late .. you almost forget the case by the time the verdict comes. "Saints" are tainted Police is often on the same side as crime. Sand is stolen infront of you everyday. We helplessly watch.. Bapu did you fight for this?
