i think kasab should not be hanged..first india should hang people who r within india and working against it..also what india will get by hanging this person..

There will be protests from so called Human Rights groups like Amnesty which are at the moment turning a blind eye to the victimization of the wikileaks whistle blowers. There are thousands of human rights violations taking place in the West, but very little of this gets any comment from Amnesty and other groups.
1. There should not be any mercy petition to be allowed. 2. After Supreme Court order, there should not be any other forms of law should uphold the verdict. If, so it is shame on our highesht judiciary system. 3. His paper work for execution should not be delayed at any cost for any no reason. 4. If so for reasons, it should be cleared immediately. 5. Sarabajit singh case should not be corellated with Kasab. Both are different.
After independence i.e. 65 years, only 52 to materalised.No limit for mercy application result,deteorate law & order.Conviction rate in Maharashtra only 8 % percent.How citizens and ladies will be safe ?
India has to show its resolve by carrying out this execution within 30 days. It is also a shame that there are 309 convicts on death row. Remember that these are the type of remorseless killers only whose execution will give a sense of justice to the families of the victims. Carry out the death penalties quickly and give closure to the families who are waiting
A chilling description of hanging till death. One's life to be snuffed out after pampering with choicest food, bath & clothings only to be of no use further. One story getting a full-stop on the new day of hope & possiblities at such a young age. Wish this guy had never committed such dastardly & horrendous act of crime where there's no coming back, no recall!!

For every living being there is no coming back after his destined life is over whether the death is natural or un-natural, that is the rule of Nature.
What is the difference ?? He will still remain as a lifetime prisioner. Nobody has been hanged. He will only be referred to as a prisioner on death row. This is the tragedy of our country. If sentenced to death, he should be hanged within 90 days todissuade others from crimes, but alsa that is not the case.
