I have a better design for his execution. He may be tied on a log which is fed for inchbyinch slicing by circular rotor in a very slow motion.

Not sure of that, but our diggy doggy & Gandhi clan must be mourning. They've mourned even Osama's death by US navy seals.
in one yaer in all over india minimum 50000 people are brutaly murdered and there are so many other major crime taking place in the country. So far out of 309 prisoner sentensed fr death in India in past 60 yaers only 51 is hanged and executed. So how do u expect people should bother to commit crime?? Disgusting... We are the number 1 country of the world. Sou mein se 99 be-imaan, phir bhi hamara desh mahan...

We do not have strong rope and strong will to hang criminals. They are very much required in the system.
Supreme court has delivered the verdict of death sentence to Kasab but what is interesting is whether the Cong. government execute those orders or the orders will meet the same fate as is in case of Afzal guru for the simple reason of securing muslim votes.
SC says it was a War against India.. Do you think hanging Kasab will resolve 26/11. What about that Economy that was stolen by British Crown and TATA was compelled to buy the Sick units in London. NANO was shifted to the SEZ of Gujarat again a private economy of British Crown.
WAKE UP PEOPLE.. IT IS LARGER ISSUE and cannot end with KASAB Hanging.
The norway gunman who killed last year was sentenced to maximum punishment with in one year of time.Where as kasab's case is till taking time---4 long years...All over world people would be wondering what are these indians doing...why so delay are they lazzy..

Secondly, unless all the relevant information which kasab can provide are collected SC didnt gave the verdict. Kasab's execution was almost fixed but before that our intelligence had to churn out their cream. Abu jundal is one of the example of that.
Would it not be proper now for the government to treat Ajmal Kasab as condemned prisoner and put him in such cell with no more security.. Further no more protection is necessary legally or otherwise. A special way to give justice is to make a public hanging of this intruder, who is not a citizen of India.
IPC is obsolete, snail-pace and useless in tackling terror crimes. for such crimes are totally different in nature, the law and police both hv2 b pro-active. in the new law, a terror suspect must never get bail. onus of proving innocent must rest on the suspect. though appeal to supreme court can be allowed, after conviction from SC there should not be clemency petition facility for a terror convict! such cases too, must be dealt on a fast track basis and executions if any, also must be carried out fast track to have an effective deterent against possible wanabe terrorists! Jai Hind!
