This was a incident narrated by a Pakistani Driver who accompanied him from Abu Dhabi to Dubai somewhere in 1985-86 when Panditji visited UAE.
The driver said "I dont know about his music, but he is a big actor"
No offense for Music lovers, as I am also one of them.

A musician of his level will never be born.THere was no Bhimsen Joshi before nor after him.
I was attending his concerts for 45 years, he was only musician fully involved and absorbed in music.
His Tanpura setting was perfect and listening to only tanpura and he sitting in front is itself a feast to ears.

Great soul ,RIP
