It was very intelligent of Malasian Indians to have portrayed this issue as a Hindu problem rather than Tamil issue, because now they can be rest assured of support from all over India.

It is a Hindu and Tamil issue. Tamils are discriminated as a people and the religion that most Tamils belong to Hindusim is discriminated as a religion. It is Hindu temples that are destroyed not Tamil temples. Al major Hindu gods like Siva, Vishnu/Perummal( Krishna or Ram) Mariamman ( Durga Shakthi or Parvati) Ganesha are worshipped throuhgt India not just by Tamilians,

Mr Bhat, I agree that Tamilians are our people ..Indians ..But when they are in India ..they will always try to seperate themselves from the other parts of the country always trying to dimuniate anything that is non Tamil.. If you check this issue immediately after the agitation on 25th Nov , it was potrayed as a Tamil issue...TN CM even made statements about the whole issue but was immediately silenced by a Malaysian Minister .. Now that all their options have dried out ..They are portraying it as a Indian issue ..It is only a way to gain some political support from India...Can we be assured that these people will have their loyalties for india ..if given a malaysian citizenship tomorrow ?? and yes Tamil's are still our people ..but do the tamils in Malaysia really deserve to be supported is a very big question...
GOI is not going to help anyone. Hell it cant even help its own citizens how is it going to help expatriates. GOI however would love to send its armed forces to defend Roman Catholic church since we are now italian poodles. India will only intervene if pak-jabi's are hurting (since delhi is full of pak-jabi's).
Once you leave your motherland you have already opted to for a second rate citizenship.If you wan't to exercise all your rights please return to your motherland.
All Indians unite and start movement to boycott Malaysia. No business, tourism, education links to that country. Raise issue in Commonwealth group of nations and throw malaysia out.

Almost 70000 to 1 Lakh Hindus were systematically killed by sinhalese buddhists in srilanka.
It is still continuing till today. Everyday Hindus are bombed by lanka planes, srilankan hindus are tortured and killed. There is no security to hindus in srilanka.
After buddhist sinhalese kills our fellow hindus,they take away hindus land and handover to sinhalese. Thus sinhalese buddhist colonies have comeup in hindus part of srilanka.
Finally a word, every hindu temples destroyed in srilanka is being replaced by buddhist monastery.
Our indian govt headed by congress is just watching and smiling from new delhi.
Had all these peoples originated from india are muslims suffering at the hands of sinhalese or malay, indian govt would have immediately helped them.
Wake up guys. save our hindu brothers and sisters living everywhere around the world. Save hinduism.
Finally a word. Only because of Hindu warrior V.Prakaran Hindus and Hindu temples are saved a bit in srilanka. But what do this congress which supports muslims terms this Hindu warrior Prabakaran? - Congress terms hindu warrior Prabakaran as Terrorist and congress frees AFZAL GURU a real terrorist from death sentence. My Malaysian indian origin colleague told me about discrimination which media does not know of ignores in india/malaysia
Here are few examples.
1) Malay muslims ( whether they are local or pakistani, afghani or other muslims married to local malays muslims) get 15% discount when they buy any assets, Malaysian indians, chinese or buddhists they don't get any discounts. Its essentially tax payers money going to muslims.
2) Any housing project is approved only when builders agree to build mosque ( not temple,church or buddhist shrine).
3) If any highway is planned, if authorities see its going over mosque then they will divert the highway ( if there is temple then they will demolish the temple).
4) Any malaysian indian high school student applies for university degree admission, and gets his/her receipt number. If they go to authorities and try to get the status, they will say they can't find his application. If you ask them why can't they have the application when the application receipt number is provided by the authorities, they will say apply again ( which means you will be back of the queue now )
5) If malaysian indian applies for 10 travel permits, only 2 permits is alloted.If you ask them why they will say other 8 permits will be given to malay muslims otherwise how will they live. These are only few examples..
Slowly Malay muslims ( including the govt ) is doing ethnic cleansing.

2nd part.
6) If malay muslims are married to hindus, hindus should convert to muslim other wise no marriage certificate is provided. 7) Recently a malay muslim girl married to hindu boy, tried to convert to hindu. Malay muslims created a big issue out of it and Marriage registration office said muslim girl cannot convert to Hindu. But when journalists questioned the authorities there is nothing which opposes this converstion in constitution, then authorities said the constitution is wrong.
They essentially moving towards shariah law.
8) percentage of malaysian indians die in police lockups is lot higher than other communities.
9) Jobs in govt, admission in schools/universities etc. They openly discriminate against malaysian indians eventhough there is nothing in law ( by book).
10) Recently they passed a law, by which malay muslims can have upto 4 wives but not other communities. Govt says this is useful for malaysia's economy. The real reason is to increase malay muslim population and become majority ( right now its 60% muslims, Look at our leaders they are minoriy appesors, they are not looking long term what happens to india ).
11) If non muslims wants to sell land, they have to sell the land only to malay muslims.
12) If Non malays want to create a separate political party, it won't be approved ( The reason is present malaysian indian/chinese parties leaders are fed full by ruling BNP party and samy velu is married to PM's daughter).

In India, we give Muslims equal rights, free piligrimage to Mecca, WAQF board to maintain their mosques, pay their mullahs salaries, minority schools with discounts... etc....

In India you also give so many priviligies to pilgrims going to amarnath etc.. The govt goes to the extent of building bridges etc.. for places like vaishnu devi... On whose money?
Muslims have no free pilgrimage to Makkah. The only thing they get in the name of Hajj subsidy is discounted Air India tickets. (which ironically runs into profit only in this season). The govt is free to remove this subsidy, there are many other airlines.
WAQF board is not a govt. organisation. Its managed totally by Muslims and on their money. Which Masjid in India is run by the government? Give me an example.
Schools for discount -- give me a break. Look what the govt. has done for SC/ST hindus, in addition to schools, they have jobs etc...

I Vaishno Devi whatever constructed is from donations of the devotees and not from Govt. money. In addition the denoted money are being used for the development of communities and thousands of muslims are employed in Vaishno Devi and works day & night.Anyway they do hard work.I see them very happy doing that mostly Gujars. From your writing I do not see anything Secular.

When Dr Haneef was being victimised the whole Muslim community sought Govt intervention but the same people have nothing to say when ethnic Indians in Malaysia are being treated unfairly..Oh Manmohan Singh felt for Haneef and also apologised to Sikhs for the raw deal they got in the 80s so whats wrong if people want diplomatic intervention against the Malaysian govt...I am not saying this as a Hindu (am from Simla not Tamil Nadu) but we could have well deserted Haneef cos he was stuck in a foreign land where he did seek a better life...The same applies to these people as well..Now Manmohan singh doesnt lose sleep over this issue
