Chinese progress especially in high speed rail has been amazing. Kudos to their government/engineers and technicians for making this achievement. We must learn from their progress and improve as well. It is an inspiration for us.

This will not happen as long as Indians take shortest route to success - specially Telegus - including fake degree and fake resume.

Dear people, it would be really fascinating to hear that one of the fastest trains may start in india. But but but be very careful these trains at times at this speeds have a chance to malfuncution and after that anything can happen. perhaps who knows? India today is become a huge corrupt in almost every case So if let us consider something goes goes wrong due to some low quality materail so who will be held?? My dear friends, real corrupt is NOT caught in these cases
Dear all travelers please ask every minister and government persons why we can not buy ticket ? why we are not getting ticket to travel for EDUCATION , INTERVIEW , DEATH OF BELOVED PERSONS , BUSINESS .... AND SO ON WHY INFRASTRUCTURE IS NOT READY ? ....
Even after 60 years we have trains with a max speed of 50 kmph, look at shatabhdi it takes 5-6 hrs to cover a distance of 300 kms.Shame on Railway ministers all these years whoc have everything else to do than to improve the infrastructure and publc is suffering because of them.

if i m not wrong this is the third time such a feasibility study is being carried out . amazing how public money is squandered by our leaders . instead of criticizing china for its human rights record we should open our minds and learn something about how a country can transform itself in a mere 20 years . they r decades ahead of us . all we can do is dream of making mumbai a shanghai or delhi a beijing . instead of being ashamed our leaders keep bullying us by saying tht india will be a superpower in the next 20 years .

You don't want India to replicate what China is doing. Yes, they are geographically transforming themselves, but in every other facet, they are going down the tubes. Human Rights is a big deal. If a government provides a beautiful city but then you cannot truly say or do anything that the government likes, you will see how good that feels.
I think if we reduce corruption in India, it will go places. Everyone instead of talking should work on reducing Corruption.
