This article is really of a very low standard and doesn't seem to have any proper scientific bases. It looks as though Dr Vidyut Sodha is looking to make a quick buck. Not the kind of article one expects from Rediff. Really poor standard
Your writeup not only lacks specificity,is confusing too! A diabetic - as per your advice - will strike off green tea, watermelon ,non-sugar sweeteners etc., from his/her food-list ? Ofcourse, neither your suggestion/s nor my/our disagreement/s matter in such a 'column' of little or no importance.
The writer just wants to hit the surprise button and get to fame. Rediff you are doing wrong. This is injustice to blogging writing all false things such as fruits cause obesity, liquid diet causes obesity, juice causes obesity. This nerd left nothing for eating.
Who is this absurd writer of this article? Stop misleading people with your half-baked, ill-informed article. In stead, think of taking up some other profession ... Rediff's credibility gets seriously eroded by such stupid article.
