We need not stop eating any particular item. We need to eat everything to satisfy our taste buds. Only thing is to eat every thing in a small quantity and with a balanced protein, fat and carbohydrates.
Rediff has gotten hold of some crazy docs, who keep on writing about the foods to avoid and end up proscribing all the food items. I would like to suggest these crazy docs to write about 'what to eat' instead of 'what not to eat'. This way the article will be short and not a waste of time.
This doctor says avoid these 15 foods. Another article in rediff will list 6 food stuffs which should not be consumed like: rice, wheat or some other food. One more article will say say no to these 10 food items. Ultimately you expect us to eat what? Everyone doesn't need a six pack. Just a flat stomach is more than enough. This can be achieved with just 15 mins of exercise everyday, little change in life style of food. Eat all the food, but high fat items may be a once or twice a week. If you eat, just exercise a little more. Thats all
