All the people in Tamil Nadu are not ashamed when post 8 o clock in the evening hundreds of people drink and stroll on the roads like jokers. They are not ashamed when they proudly say that I dont know Hindi coz I dont feel there is a need to know. They are not ashamed when the Auto Drivers Loot the outsiders and ask for 60 Rs. to drive 2 Kms. They are not ashamed by seeing the roads, civiv sense and nudity in their films. But they show protests when an actress airs her personal views, and that too the one which is right

Just happened to look at the messages posted by so many anti hypocrites. Answer me,
Would you allow your daughter to have premarital sex? Iam sorry if am extremely blunt, but do not know any other way to show you the severity of the matter. or can you digest if you happen to know that your mother was one such candidate in the past?
If your answer to the above is yes, then conclude we are hypocrites, if not, it is upto you to judge on who is the so called hypocrite?
Although storming the offices and misbehaving is deplorable, Khushboo's comments themselves are not welcome.. Why shd Actors/Actresses make such sensational statements? What'll be the impact on the young and impressionable minds?? Sex is not always healthy and there are instances where people have had premarital sex and have felt guilty for the whole of life..Youngsters look at celebrities as role models and Khushboo should refrain from making such uncalled for remarks.. How many Indian parents are fine with their children having premarital sex??When such parents are aware what impact can Khushboo have on their kids, they have every right to protest..

Sameer - If Khushboo's comments are not welcome, ignore them. Tamil Nadu is a state where the masses build temples for their film stars. The "young and impressionable minds" are already corrupted with the stuff shown in movies. People who had premarital sex and felt guilty for the rest of their lives should have abstained from it. Parents & teachers should be role models for the youngsters, not celebrities. If film stars are being considered as role models by the kids, parents havent taught them right. Very few parents & teachers set good examples for the future generation. Many Indian parents have indulged in pre-marital sex themselves, and that is the question their children will ask them when they try to control their kids. Parents should guide their children by arranging sex-education for them at an appropriate age.

Khushboo has done a better job of educating the youngsters than these self-important parents who think that their children are in danger. Men seem to think that they can do anything, just because they dont have problems or get pregnant. Of course, we like to set rules for women but not for men. There are many men who rape and/or misuse their own children, servants, mentally retarded women, babies (just a few months old), senior citizens (I have heard about rapes of women who were 80 years old), relatives, but who are very respectable in public. Most of the politicians seduce and abuse women. For many, sex has become their basic need. The reality is that it is a LESS basic need and people will not die if they do not have sex. If you shut men with women in rooms without giving them food and water and air, let us see how long their lust lasts. Sex was for reproduction and today there are ways to reproduce without men. If each one of us decides that sex is only to be used for procreation and abstain from it, all this suffering will come to an end.

y do tamilian polticians act so foolish..hurt their sentiments it seems..maybe we should put a camera on their "saintly lives".all this for a few votes?makin lives of sensible ppl like khushboo hell
It is not the question of being a tamil lady being perfect or not. Wherever you are just see around Chennai whether it is the same. Disco's and coffee pubs -in no way represent the tamil culture or even the traces of the so called tamil society. If people enough things in there hands they will stop bothering about reading between the lines.
Kushbu has been treated very unfairly, this is a free world, why make a he hoo over somebody personal view, ppl of tamilnadu(causing this problem) need to have a open mind and spend enery on more imp issues.
India inspite of being a democracy is behaving like communist china Anand
A man thinks about women in every three seconds..but a women beats man by thinking about men in every second....This is true. Does it mean all women are bad. No. Like that What Kushboo said is true advice and one should accept and realize that...not just blame her and protesting her...Really shame on us. We are in 21st Century...so give a break....think ahead and move forward...nothing wrong in Kushboo's interview satatment.

"a women beats man by thinking about men in every second..." Really? You must be talking about some nymphomaniac. If this is a generalized statement, it probably means that women are thinking about their husband/boyfriend that they love so much, or what they will prepare for breakfast/lunch/dinner or what color sari to wear to please their guy. The difference between men and women is that men think about ALL the women they have ever known/seen/lusted after. Anyway, why do you people circulate false rumors that women dont have nothing better to do than think about men every second of their lives? Give it a rest
The protest (controversy) that happened in Tamil Nadu is nothing but the "Height of Hypocrisy". And above all, the so called MEDIA knowing the reality didn't even bother to back her (or atleast they could have informed the reality). SHAME on all those who protested (incl those who supported the protest). It requires GUTS to accept the reality.

None of those who have posted comments here think about all the men who have (ab)used women, by cheating/love/marriage/rape, and then discarded them and then expect to marry a virgin. After having sex with all the women who will fall into their trap, they want virgins. Mens are the most hypocritical species ever. In spite of being a democracy, women do not have equality. Women have no right to do anything that is considered "bad" by the men, but men do these things all the time. Women do not have the right to pre-marital sex, where as 99.999...% of men think that it is their birthright. Men blackmail women and treat them like slaves because the Indian society is controlled by men and they allow women to do only what is convenient to them. In Tamil Nadu, everyone is married to everyone else and men have many wives and women also do what they like. Then why are they making such a hue and cry about nothing. These people have nothing else to do.
