The Heads of Banks who extended additional finances despite knowing funds already given to KF is unrecoverable must be made personally liable to ensure some amount of accountability
Anyway there is nothing Indian about it apart from the siphoned of money from Indian banks used to buy it. It is synonymous of the corruption in Indian banking system.
