Its not only Mallya, all those who helped him acquire bank loans without equivalent and parallel security, that must be booked. Who signed all the loan documents on behalf of the bank? I am sure they all have been obligated by Mallya, besides proving the low moral standards of top brass working in banks. Weren't they afraid of approving his loan application? If has to go to jail, there will be many others whom he will take along with him.
He is not hitting back. He is proving that he can fool this country and he is sure that this Govt or any other Govt coming to power can not bring him back and punish. Because all politicians are his thick friends.

just not happening..when he took 9ooo crores loan he paid about TEN PERCENT as COMMISSION !!!
It is better that a thug like him removed the name of India from his business entity which he was using to pretend to be a nationalist. Government should catch him immediately to get back crores of tax payers money.
