She ought to be angry. For, in India no game is recognised and appreciated other than cricket. Doubles makes one to endure & persist longer periods in the game rather than singles, as exemplified by Leander Paes. Our bureaucratic set-up determines all this.
Jwal & Ashwini, both of u were very good, agile, quick and effective, But Jwala U R little bit heavy weight which hampers your movement. Dont worry, Silver in the match is no mean achievement
Jwala...i saw ur match yesterday, u were barely moving and was conveniently making Ashwini take all the shots...this same energy u take for complaining outside the court...if it was used for ur game...u cud have got the gold yesterday

Do you understand the meaning of winning a silver medal for the country in commonwealth games & that too in badminton with accute international compitition. Have some sense before commmenting on some ones huge achievments.

I agree with you....Jwala was keen to play only at the net and thus the workload on Ashwini was too much.....

Why should she listen to your non-sense? Have you given them any money? Can you play better than them? Don't comment without understanding the issue. She got a silver medal in CWG, you can't even dream of something like that!

"Ashwini was specially not in her elements today as the Indian failed to connect her strokes, which saw the shuttles going wide and long, resulting in a lot of points for their Malaysian rivals."
Do not worry abt recognition Madam. With New Gove at Centre each and every 1 who bring name 4 India will b recognised. Recognition is not asked 4 it will come on its own. U r, as told in GEETA " KARMANYE WADHIKARASTU- MA PHALESHU KADACHAN". Good wishes 4 u.
Jwala...I saw ur match yesterday...the energy u take for creating issues outside the court almost all the time...if it was shown n the court like poor ashwini was struggling to take almost all the shots n rally...and u wer conveniently movin away from the shots...u dont have any reason to complain...

I agree fully. If she cannot play for the sake of the country, then she should be thrown out of the team!

She does not need excuses, why she need an excuse, without government support she is doing well unlike some cricket players who though taking huge money will not play well.
dear jwala, when your expectations related to others are not met, then only dissatisfaction starts. kindly do your job properly,do not expect much. It will be good for you.

That is what she is saying that she has done something that other indians like to have not expected (not dreamt of). It is not about person, she is saying the Nation, Nation has not recognized enough of her achivements.

well...i dont agree with u...country is giving same coach and facilities for both doubles and singles...well...when they win, singles player will get better pay...tats obvious...let this lady win more tournaments...she plays well only n commonwealth games

Yes country has given one coach Gopi for all our Badminton players. He has to move from one court to another court in a match to support different players. BTW why have you not won silver country has provided you also coach and facilities.
She will blame anyone and everyone... not the best sportswoman to have come from India. The content of her words is inappropriate, the timing of her comments is inopportune

Yes, the way sports and sport persons are treated in India is very unique. Yes our culture is that of verbally attacking someone such as Sharapova for not knowing who sachin is.
