if an italian mafia can rule us without any shame with so many corruptions and killings and we the people can keep silent, then why to make a fuss about this foreign company??

Dow bought Union Carbide 16 years after the tragedy - How are they responsible?.....in other words - If Mr X murders some one in his house and then sells his house to Mr Y - then Mr Y becomes the murderer?!?!

Then Who is responsible ?
by Rajesh on Feb 16, 2012 03:30 PM  | Hide replies

Dow as the buyer of Union Carbide takes on all the responsibilities, assets and liabilities of UC, including the badwill (just like goodwill) connected with UC.

IOC's stand is similar to "No One killed Jessica".

Govt and Malhotra is Playing Politics on Death of Normal Bhopali
by dev choudhary on Feb 16, 2012 03:27 PM  | Hide replies

I spent 10 years in Bhopal and seen the Defomed Head, leg, hand, almost all part of body, the rate of cancer patients is many fold. also i have seen No-Emapthy games of government, that give salary to the government official from the amount disburse for victims.
If such a harrific event happen by any multination Company (that change the managing Hand not Head), and British are saying it is diffirent story ,IT IS BETTER TO NOT TO SEND OUR REPRESENTATION TO OLYMPIC".
As we know the UPA-2 is not able to take any decision on any issue , till Courts take decision. In my Opinion It is better to log a public litigation for non participation and protest.
as we all knows , if we does not protest The UPA2 Government definitely send our REPs to London and entire world will laugh on India.

Indians must emulate the gasture of Ethical commissioner of London Olympic and resigned and make propoganda agaist the DOW chemical.

UPA 2 will not take any stand--they jnow it better how to delay the things, how to buy times etc etc--so that ultimately the intensity of the issue get diluted day by day--and now election is there in UP, all politician-media are covering the entire things--so for them it is not such important--UPA will not do anything--it is oru duty to make some protest & boycot london olympics--
