Susheel if hero of India. We had great cricketers in the past few decades.But he is the only one who got tow sucessuve medals in the olymics, where 125 coutries did not get a single medal.

On winning the medals. While India's performance in this Olympics was slightly below expectations, it was still a considerable improvement over previous Olympics in terms of medals.

I'm a proud Indian living in US for 25 years, and am very proud of the Indian athletes for giving their very best performance ever in the Olympics.

Cannot believe we got 6 medals! i remember i was so disappointed in earlier olympics where we didn't secure a single medals for a billion people. It was shame. Good thing is we are clawing up in the right direction.

These Olympics have shown that we can compete physically with the best in the world. Where we lose out is in the infrastructure available at grass root level as well as the technical aspects. This is where the Govt. has failed when compared to China and other developed countries. Also political interference by having non sportsmen politicians in control for almost eternity.
