The weight category she used to play was not there in Olympic women boxing arena. So she increased her weight to compete in the next higher weight category. Despite that she fought the opponents who are stronger than her and won a bronze. It is more than a bronze medal to us. Moreover in combat fighting generally individuals want to remain in a lower weight category for gaining advantage.
We are proud of you. Other indian atheletes can learn a thing or two about the single minded goal and perseverance from you. Well done. You deserve all the accolades you get.
I watched the Match at my office. There were plenty of people who were cheering for her. Happy to see the crowd watching. I have never seen our guys watching any other sports than cricket. Though it was a loss, It is still a great achievement. Wish you all the best and Thanks for every thing

well said. She is the cut amongst the rest.Her win is a direct humiliation to tennis egoists. Hope they will learn from her what is humility, determination,will to win,never-die attitude and fighting spirits.
