The Government has nominated a 15 member all party delegation to be led by the Union Sports Minister, which will go into the details of the incident, and report the matter directly to the Prime Minister within a month. The action was taken after IB sources hinted at the snake having been smuggled from Gujarat. In the mean time, Delhi Police is still looking for the snake for interrogation.

media waked up the sleeping govt. 60 days back, what did the govt. do? sports minister said on the floor of the house that verything would fall in place like a big indian wedding..... why blame media... for showing the truth.... you want them to hide realities and show only the good things.... thats an age old thought. if media had kept mum we would have faced a complete breakdown at CWG. with NOTHING ready for the event, it would've been called off or postponed with 30% participation
not to worry.. this is a secret plan of kalmadi and MOS.
Now Kalmadi will hire 1000 snake charmers with all their snakes and start a mega-show in the CWG village to entertain the foreigners. After all we were only known as a country of snake-charmers for the westerners till 90's. Kalmadi is ensuring that we maintain that heritage.

It is time to unite and put forth a united front for all national parties for these games. It is all fine to be on opposing sides in parliament, but when India hosts an international event or participates in an international event, then India comes first and you have to support the government in it's efforts, not milk political mileage out of it.
Even the press has to put it's best foot forward and bring out the best of the Games for all to see, not just report things to sensationalise them.
The media and opposition parties have been the most disheartening feature of this CWG. More than inefficiencies, it has highlighted the utter lack of unity within the country and a lack of any patriotic sense among those who are in politics and the fourth estate.

India is being denounced not because of OC headed by Kalmadi (a known fraudster ,go and check his past as Pune MP). Puppet PM like ManMohan who has no control on govt, administration or anything. Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi who are enjoying power without any resposibility and having fun at expense of Indian people and more importantnly India middle class voters who abstained from voting in last electon allowing this govt elected by crooks, to come to power. We have to have Narendra Modi leading country with his complete grasp of aministration and fast responsiveness. BJP govt in any state on erstwhile NDA govt was 100 times better that this useless govt. Just bashing up RSS and BJP is of no use. They have between themseleves best organizers and best adminsirators between them. They must be given complete majority and they will do wonders.
