Everybody knows that every country that bids for games will pay money for votes. Even Hamilton agreed to pay $70,000. This is not bribe. This is part of bidding process. Don't just try to put sensational headings with out using your peanut brains.

REDIFF has no brain headed people to put proper headlines. This is not the first time, it is the nth time that it is putting up such a atrocious headlines. It could be their team of editors do not have the brains to think of proper headlines. Anything that comes in their heads, gets plastered as headlines
