what we got in return ????
by Saleem khan on Oct 15, 2010 06:18 PM  | Hide replies

We lost 30,000 crore to arrange CWG where 30 crore people are not getting two times food.
These CWG games were telecast in DD to consolidate the votes by Congress Party.
The percentage of corruptions for the arrangment of CWG transferred to Congress Party for future elections.
SHAME SHAME SHAME

30crore people not getting food.
WHOS FAULT IS THAT.
ASK THE PARENTS OF THOSE 30 CRORE PEOPLE THAT IF YOU WAS NOT ABLE TO GIVE THEM ONE MEAL A DAY WHAT RIGHTS DID YOU HAVE TO BRING THEM TO THIS WORLD.
They are not governments children, so why should government worry about them.
THERE IS ENOUGH FOOD FOR ALL IN THE WORLD TELL THESE 30 CRORES TO GO AND EARN A LIVING AND THEN SURELY THEY CAN BUY FOOD.
Otherwise it is their parents fault so let their parents feed them don't look at the government.
30 crore spent.
30 crore not getting two meals.
If 30croer was distributed among these 30crore people that 1 rupee each yes ONE RUPEE.
Now tell me for how long 1 rupee will feed a person.

yes sheetal i agree with you here
its the fault of the parents that if they cant feed their children why give them birth at all

they keep on producing kids and do they expect other people/govt/ngos to fill their stomachs
this is ridiculous

Its wrong figure, Please correct with official figure as 70,000 crore. Also the level of humiliation & corruption is not tolarable to the Poor Indians. It only benefits Delhians & some corrupt politicians. Its very unfortunate !!!

Except for the performance of Indian athelets wonderful performance since being anew country in field of Sports that too in fields of Shooting , Boxing , wrestling and individual items like Badminton , Table tenis our overall performance both in hosting the CWG and events was not that commendable as is being boasted. How can we boast on comments of our Guests who just out of coutsey have been praising our services of Khel Village /food and staiums and at what cost Actual Vs shown . What was the need of having Aero Baloon at 33crs , kitchen equipment at an equal amt . and how we wish to dispose , since nothing is on rent.Even the TV telecasts and commentraies were mostly carried out by Australians , the laser show by Germany which clearly shows how poor is India tecnically even. The only item presented by Glasgow was enough to show the value of our presentation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep your comments to yourself and cherish what you have seen last night and for last two weeks. I hope you know, now a days in any event, the whole world is involved. I am sure you had no idea before reading this article that China also hired this group in the Olympics. Only difference is it was not made public. If anyone is to be blamed for all these, it was Indian press for too much negetive publicity never thinking that it is affecting their own country and Govt of India for providing too much liberty to the press. After all we are the largest democracy!!!!!!. I am proud of my country and our athletes did us more proud. Start believing in India and its potential.

YOU ARE A BORN LOSER... It is a moment of national pride and you are still stuck with only criticism. 4*400 m victory was hailed by people across the world as teh turning point in Asian Atheletics.. Govt has asked CAG to investigate the corruption.. you should wait for that report .. that wil be of some interest for you...

Wrong. 70-80% Indians either hate China or remain indifferent to it. Only the vociferous few, who are either dazzled by their economic growth or are perennially in the mindset of India bashing, like our friends from left parties, love them

Based on the election results and the votes that left parties get in elections. To my knowledge, they are the only symbol of Chinese-love in India. Of course, this is a pessimistic number and it can be even 90% or more. I just wanted to counter that most Indians are not China lovers.

In China, the State's heavy hand is ever present and however wonderful the show turns out in the end, there is no spontaneity and warmth.

It is true that China has made rapid strides in different sectors, but progress under an authoritarian regime is always easy and fast. How many of us will voluntarily give up our land for projects, whether it is a highway or a industrial project ? In China this is not a problem. The Government has its way always. No question of extra compensation, court cases etc.

People who are constantly whining about China's perceived superiority should try and settle down there, instead of making themselves miserable with their constant carping and cynicism.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT . WE SEEM TO BE LIVING IN THE SHADOW OF BEIJING OLYMPICS. EVERYTHING IS COMPARED WITH WHAT BEIJING DID , WHAT BEIJING DID NOT. IS CHINA.S DOININGS AND UNDOINGS ARE OUR BENCHMARKS? DISGRACEFUL ! CHINA MAY BE A GREAT NATION , BUT A TROUBLE CREATOR FOR INDIA. WHY SHOULD WE BOTHER ? WE ARE LEAST INTERESTED IN THEIR PROGRESS , ACHIEVEMENTS , ECONOMY BUT DEFINITELY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR ULTERIOR MOTIVES . LET US NOT FORGET IT.

Well said, kskumar, Kirtish and Prem. China is a very manufactured, contrived country with no purity of heart or soul. Everything is about the State, projecting power and showing off.
