Punjab / chandigarh have a great sporting tradition. Punjabi girls are really tough fighters. That is where India will always get fighters from. If they are groomed properly into professional sportswomen.
The other factory of tough Indian sportswomen is the North East. They are hardy, have endurance, want to compete and want to show the world and the country that the North East is an important place.
Sania should guide and advise the new cash rich Indian sports management companies to focus on building tennis academies is North East.
Sure place to get tough lady athletes - inlcuding for tennis - which is basically an endurance sport.
I think rural Andhra girls are also tough because of the way of life there. They need a way of lifting up their aims and dreams and can succeed in sports.
