Actually, he's right bro. Rabi it is, named after the crop which is seasonal. After all, India's wins are also seasonal & not regular that too in it's own national games like CWG.

will our guys do the same kind of performance on foreign land?
by Indian on Oct 07, 2010 04:09 PM  | Hide replies

one question - will our guys do the same kind of performance on foreign soil? At this time they might have benefits of playing at home soil...but will they do the same on foreign land?
If they do then kudos and means that we've moved on and progressing..and soon start comparing with big guns like USA, China, Germany etc..If not then ...its one time glory....

We see it very close...we take the news as it happens...and it sounds big for us...albeit in the foreign soil, our performances get obscured with sheer competition with world competition..it's just like our cricket team winning more games and we celebrate it close...

Good opportunity
by VB S on Oct 07, 2010 04:03 PM

CWG has been a decent event with formidable opportunity for the country and will greatly benefit India though could have been done in a much decent manner and there are aspects which are to be dealt regarding corruption as well as role of polititians.

We people have to stand and take this country ahead as we have done in IT and now in sports. We can't depend or leave it to polititians.

We stand right..
by VB S on Oct 07, 2010 03:54 PM

We Indian people have to stand and we can achieve what we want. We are proud of our sport people and surely they will continue to bring the glory. We request our dirty polititians to get out of sports and leave it to these sports people. Almost all sports sre dirtied by these shameless polititians.
