If we start giving bharat ratnas like cakes, what about bharat ratnas for other indoor sports like billiards, carrom, ludo, snakes and ladder, tic tac toe etc

Quite possible, especially after the political parties started selecting their own leaders for Padma awards (Ex. Pranab Mukherjee) and some parties demanding Bharat Ratna for their leaders (Example. TDP demanding for NTR).
1. Anand chose to play the WCC in Bulgaria(Topalov's Home Country) whereas he had every right to decline it. There is a FIDE regulation that a player may refuse to play in the country of his opponent and he doesnt risk being disqualified. Even the legendary Kramnik said in an interview that he would squarely refuse to play in Sofia ! Topalov enjoyed a huge home advantage. To put it mildly, it is equivalent to taking on a hungry lion.. in its OWN DEN !
2. Topalov and his team are notorious in using "below the waist" offboard tactics to disorient and unsettle the opponent. "Toiletgate", Elista 2006, where they accused Kramnik of cheating, insulting and tarnishing his image, without providing a shred of evidence. Anand had to pre-empt such psychological attacks and prepare for that as well...
Despite the fact that we did not see Anand at his best.. in terms of preparation(1st game debacle in the Gruenfeld) and his apparent rustiness(missed multiple wins in game 9)...this is one well deserved VICTORY. Anand was very reticent during the post game press conferences of all games... cleary indicative of the fact that "he's in no mood to talk" and his sole objective is to win the match.
By defeating his 2 main adversaries, Kramnik and Topalov in World Championship Matches... he's proved beyond any doubt that he's "SIMPLY THE BEST C
