Separate politics from sports

Keep politics and politicians out of sports. I guess this is not just a problem in India but other nations as well...

Why can't we take this kind of decision on indian cricket team when they have miserably failed in the last 2 world cups...and that too 1 round exit

How mister winger, International Cricket equals Indian cricket. If india is suspended cricket will be history. It is basically a one nation affair. Same Indians play in England, South Afr, West Indias, NZ he he he..

This is a stupid decision. On the contrary, they should play more international football so that they get better exposure and are always on the toes. What needs to be done is to keep politics and politicians out of the sports so that the best talent can be included in the team. The same holds good for Indian Cricket.Keeping away from international arena is not the answer.

How exactly does this help the team? They won't be exposed to other teams for two years and thus lose necessary skillset to defend against them when they are exposed in the 2014 cup.
Also, many of these players will now start playing for European football clubs and may not return for 2010 cup.
This sounds like and impulsive decision to be popular among masses

Hi Although this sounds to be impulsive decision this is a very good one. Every thing cannot be take it as granted. Some disicipline needs to be enforced.
