Character ahving been mortaged to self-interest,this country of spineless and teethless bosses at all important junctions by misfortune,could only lead to shameless mockery.All where its only bungling and that too,the on tax-payers money who have no right to question the rationalities, proprieties and priorities of expenditures.So sad for Mr.Gill who seems to lag in the Ganga of curruption.
