by pscf ch on Jul 15, 2010 04:56 PM  | Hide replies

I play badminton every day; but it is a feast for eyes to see you playing, which we cant. The body drain within 15 minutes I get, you continue for hours. Well trained, well done, please be on the top of the world, by this date next year. The badminton players of India will hail you. Ignore dampening comments in this interactive, by the people, who did not see even a shuttle or a racquet.

Hemant we are not talking about badminton that you play in your backyard or in a park. We are talking about the real game that is played indoors on a court.

From outside, it looks much easier but even a 5 minutes of play will be enough to get adequate excercise to the complete body and playing it everyday will keep one completely fit.

abe non sense,
it requires tremendous stamina, hard work to win badminton and T.T. against china top players, not like hitting four using ball pace,Saina really made all indian proud by her sheer hard work and will poweer, and you insulting her, even if you stand in front of her or china players, your pant will turn yellow from back side,as many players do in front of China players,C'mon, saina, we indians love due to your hard work and consistent performance at world level, sure ,we would love you to see grab no. 1 osition from china 's hard working players, our good wishes to you.
