Why she is giving money from the state govt.? She is sitting on thousands of crores of rupees which she earned through corruption and birthday extortions, she can give some money from that.

Over 50% of the money will be contributed by North Indians residing in Bombay & Delhi. Where else can the money come from? The state is bleeding financially. Local UPites don't have money for noble causes. They will donate for statues of Mayawati, Kanshiram and elephants.

Hope she gives that to a charity trust, or use that money, for building roads, dams, power stations. She is just using our money the way she wants
