It is very badly administered or i would dare say non existent. It is not lack of money. It is corruption.
If you ask tourists they will tell that, will any one come to see indian DRY s-h-i-t and semi solid & wet (fresh) s-h-i-t. Tell CWG orgnizer to eat it if they want all tourists to come to india. CWG in delhi is F_U_K_I_N S_H_I_T or S_H_I_T_s F_U_K_I_N_G.
and when people in delhi itself dont rely on so called etiquettes how can we expect from others.. lol this is abs dumb & ridiculous....no way we wonder being more ....i think this committe should walk in nights and check what happens in our own land....
