WHY GANDHI WAS KILLED?? DO U KNOW. In kashmir THEN when muslims were killing hindus/childresn & kidnapping their daughters.You have seen with your own EYES. One day Hindus Picked up LANTERN and said "JAI BAJRANG BALI" AND started to KILL ALL MUSLIMS &CHILDREN and kidnapping their daughters. THEN Gandhi came out his COCOON and started to tell Hindus to return muslims daughters. THAT'S WHY HINDUS KILLED HIM. GANDHI DESERVED IT. Where HE was when Muslims where killing & kidnapping Hindus??

MY MOTHER SAW EVERYTHING FROM HER VERY OWN EYES. HER FATHER'S SISTER WAS KILLED IN KASHMIR THEN BY MUSLIMS. SHE AND HER SISTER LEFT KASHMIR BY MIDNIGHT TRAIN AND SAVED THEIR LIVES. THEIR PROPERTY WAS TAKEN BY MUSLIMS. GET IT. DON'T TELL ME GOOD PEOPLE AND BAD PEOPLE THEORY.
I enjoy these kind of no-nonsense articles. The truth is Sania is as mediocre an international Tennis player can be and she has gotten more than she deserves both in fame and money. In fact this should be the last article written about her. Boy, does she have an attitude or what. PT Usha has accompolished more at the international level than Sania. But life is not fair I guess.

People are behind Sania,Salman,Tiger woods are top ranked in their own professional fields. I dont think any one of us have heard the writers name before (HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO ON A SUNDAY).Even if we take top 100 jurnalists name of the country, I DONT THINK MS.MALAVIKA BANERJEE will come in it. Have'nt heard of her before.

Its easy for the media to potray Sania Mirza in a negative way just becoz she's married a Pakistani. If the same Sania Mirza had married a person from a "Certain" community, she would have been hailed like a True Secular Indian. The author of the article is forgetting that the same media also enjoyed "masala" from her stories. The mentality of certain people is pathetic, who hail people like the Khans (all smoking, drinking & doing un-Islamic activities) as true Indians, while cornering those who try to follow the faith. Its high time people start respecting Islam and STOP mixing faith with patriotism. Doing idol worship, drinking or smoking does not make any Muslim more "Indian".

This is the truth, and it seems is unpalatable to everyone including the Gameplan lady. Sania has indeed wrecked her gameplan!
The media has only itself to blame for the predicament it is in. First they used Sania as a stick to beat the muslim community with and when she is now getting married with her family's consent; the media and a large segment of the Hindu community has a problem. The writer says: " or married Pakistani cricketers who have an earlier telephonic alliance?" Well a telphonic mikah is not a crime and neitheri s marrying a Pakistani? And gamepaln lady it is indeed none of your business who Sania marries! If you don't want to give her nedorsement then don't, but then nobody asked you to write about her as well, but its just the rage which drove you, as it is drivnig so many of the BJP types. The fact is Sania was certainly liberal by the Indian Muslim community's standards but still not liberal enough to go ahead and marry a Hindu, which would have certainly made her a true Indian Icon, and which is enraging so many here.
Good Sania that you married a Muslim. I truly wish you all the best.

From when did wearing mini skirts, marrying a cheat who deceived his first wife and got caught and a over hyped tennis player who renounced a country that gave her name & fame become Indian. Just because they are from a "minority" community and loved by the vote bank psuedo secularists does not make one a true "indian" also. If this was from another community and they were caught with having a first wife who had not been divorced, they would not have been allowed to remarry unless the entire procedure of divorce was complete.(Unlike here where just saying a particular word 3 times and they are done with). So much for same laws for all citizens!

She is not the greatest player India ever produced. Saina Nehwal is much better player in international arena. Stop giving Sania unnecessary publicity. She is an average player with a very beautiful looks, but quality does not quality for such an attention which media is giving her since she started playing.

She is not a patch on Saina Nehwal. Saina is World No 5 in a sport that is dominated by the Chinese. The top 4 in the 5 are all Chinese and she is only non in that. Also look at her feats, she has won so many intl tournaments and has reached the quarters ir semis in other intl tourneys. She is just only 19 years and has a bright future ahead of her. Sania Mirza is more of a glamour doll with a limited talent, but this girl is not only a good looker but also a fab player who will make India more proud in coming days

Lad, she is just 19 years old, U can expect at that age to win all trophies. She has many years ahead of her and she will do that. Also pls note that she has done well even at 19 years of age. Becoming No 5 at that age is not easy and that too with the formidable Chinese, Koreans, Japs and Danish around.

As far as Sania is concerned, i am in sync with u. She is just a pretty babe playing with a racket hitting the ball. She is like that Anna Kournikova and Gabriela Sabatini, two pretty tennis lasses who were pure pretty looking but ordinary players who faded as quick as they came in.

Gabriela Sabatini was one of the best player. The only thing was, she started playing same time of Steffi. She is in Tennis hall of fame now.

As we are not takling about models or actress, it does not matter how much good she smiles or looks beautiful. I would be her fan if she leave tennis and start full time modeling or acting
She will wear Kurta & Pyjama or a burkah and play for Paki in the next Olympics. (already too much attention given to such a mediocore player...So press please give us a break)
