She's just a mediocre player 'trying' to play a sports where only toughest survive. Yet, we in India follow her as if we Indians don't excel in any other sports.
By contrast we have plenty of other sportswomen who play much better in their respective arenas.
We should now learn to ignore her for her 'non-achievements'.
This was anyways expected from Sania Mirza. I have put it many times on rediff and I will say it again that Sania has put on lot of weight which is the main reason why she cannot move swiftly on the court and her forehand has become pathetic overtime. She should retire and join Tollywood and so a lot of skin show, her body now suits perfect for a south Indian actress. She will make more name there.
rediff just needs to copy paste sania's news from every slam for the next slam.. scratchy win in 1st round.. crashed out in 2nd round.. so predictable..
