Form is temporary but class is permanent
by Akash J on Sep 09, 2008 08:21 PM

I dont know who has said for whom but it does fit to RF "Form is temporary but class is permanent"
The class which RF belongs to is undoubtedly untouchable by any of the player of his arena

Federer truely is a GREAT CHAMPION. After the kind of year he has had, by his standards, to come back and finish on a high shows his greatness.

The King is back..!

He is the king. He was also there. I don't understand why people started saying falling federer. He has reached almost all slam finals. Isn't reaching final itself and achievement. He has been consistent is all the slams. He is even consistent on French Open. He is only not able to convert them to trophies.

King Federer
by Engineers Inc on Sep 09, 2008 07:30 PM  | Hide replies

Yes he is the king of Tennis and very soon will be the emperor. The moment he crosses the 15th Grandslam Title he would have scaled a new peak. The same would be difficult to climb by any player who is playing the tennis now.Just imagine a bad season for Federer m
means this.

1.Semi-finalist at Australian open
2.Runner-up at French Open
3.Runner-Upt the Wimbeldon(After 5 consecutive titles)
4.Quarterfinalist at the Olympics
5.Winner (5 times in a row) at the US Open
only one to dwin two grand slam titles i.e. wimbledon and the US Open 5 times in a row.

Imagine what could be lableed as his best season and we are in for that in the year 2009

Roger you are truly a great Player on top of it truly great athlete and one of the most graceful Tennis players of all time.

Kuds to you for making all of us happy to be living in your time.

On what basis you are saying Nadal it the best or even better than Federer ? Just because nadal beat him in french open and wimbeldon, is not a criteria to judge any player....You sound to unmature to judge a great player. What would you say Andy Murray beating Nadal in U S Open...so now Andy is better than Nadal....hu ?

Federer is putting his name in history. He won 13 grand slam and is just 2 away to beat pett sampras's record....not to mention Pett sampras took 10 years to achieve 14 grand slame versus Federer won 13 in last 5 years only.....check the records and than talk.

Let Nadal prove himself for alteast 2 years before you start showering praise on him. He is one of best player we have no doubt, but not better than Federer. He still has to prove himself on hard court.

Please honor a player for his achivements....Federer has already proved his metal by getting 13 titles....lets wait for Nadal to come that far and than we can compare who is the best.

1.His second-round opponent, Radek Stepanek, said, "The hunger was back."
2."I almost felt invincible there for a while," Federer admitted after winning the 13th Grand Slam.
3.Murray said : "If he played like that and I was absolutely fresh, I'm sure it still would have been a very tough one for me to win.

No body is trying to impersonate you. You youself look like a unmature tennis fan who does not know the difference between a player who has won 13 grand slam in 5 years and a player who just stared to shine out of the clay. Wait for couple of years before you start comparing both players. Currently if you go by achievments there is absolutely no comparison between Nadal and Federrer. Federre is so ahead that Nadal might no be even beat his record ever.
You are comparing Sachin tendulkar with Dhoni....who just started showing up good cricket.....let the new and young players prove themself before fools like you start praising them.

Wait for 2 years to see how many more titles Nadal can win and than compare...He has give just 1 good year so far. He is not yet up to the level were he should be compare against Federrer....but guess people like you are the ones who makes early comments and than have to chew there own words.

Buddy grow up and show some maturity.

Nadal will not win much on hard courts. Some or the other player will beat him. I think we may not see a Fedrer-Nadal final on US open or Australian open.
