what crap? she has done the best she can for our country! which woman has ever reachd such heights in indian tennis? if she was in another country she wud have probably done way better! and aon top of that they just keep upsetting her with all these stupid controversies like wearing that dress for example! when our indian avtresses come almost nude in bollywodd there has been no one to oppose that??? but all she did was wear a normal dress! try playing tennis in pants once! if u know what tennis is! and more than that some stupid pic that was taken in just the wrong angle! why r we indians so bitchy when it come sto our own country people? and to correct u! she wud have had a better world rankin if she was in another country! put urself in her place before u just talk bullshit!

there will b! bcoz she is just not pretty but she shows talent on court too! its both these qualities that make her popular
Guys, Seriously, she has got ".." what it takes to be a top brand. Indian tennis could only produce two nuts till now (Paes & Bhupati)& now we have Sania. Its been pretty long that we have a poster girl....the last I remember were Sabatini & Graf. Good going Sania. Pratibha Patil can wait...you take rest.

This shows how much u know ur tennis. She is world No 29 and Asia No 1 and has won 2 singles and more than 2 doubles championship. There is no one from this huge country who has achieved more than that in Women;s tennis. Yes it is a big deal. The problem is u cannot deal with a woman doing well in society and being frank about it.
She's nothing but a media created hype, I think she doesn't get more than 5% attention for her tennis playing skills, even she knows it. She's comfortable playing the glam doll & the sexy star. There are far better women achievers in Indian sports who've reached greater heights (hockey team, shooters, badminton etc.)but none as glamourus as her. Seeds beyond 10 in tennis hardly get any recoqnition in their respective countries, this dame has a larger than life image in India. Most of the times she crashes out in 2nd or the 3rd round. "WHICH other Indian has reached 29th position in tennis?" some may argue, but one must realise there are other sportsmen/ women who've reached much better rankings in their respective sports and nobody cud care a dime. Why is she disturbed when she's pulled up by the media showing disrespect for the Indian flag? when she enjoys every bit of same media asking her frivolous and irrelevant questions, she doesn't mind a bit being labelled a galmouros doll, she doesn't mind media debating her short skirts, her nose rings, her t-shirts, her ad campaigns and then suddenly she throws up tantrums when somebody persecutes her on showing disrespect to the Indian flag. Hence the media must ignore her, cancel her ad contracts, stop airing her silly pouts and her dress codes, she'll automatically see sense and return to her normal self.

oh yeah! think of trying to concentrate on a coyrt when all this bullshit is happenin to u! thats is if u know what tennis is! its easy to speak! she is getting her due fame for bein the one woman from india who has brought fame to our country in tennis! cricketers get so much attention for all the crap they do in the international fields! why shouldnt she???? dont just say things bcoz u can! think abt it for a while!!!!!!!!!!!!!
